AM I A FOOL TO YOU?

I wonder … do you consider me a fool? When I share about Jesus Christ and the salvation He alone offers do you consider it foolishness? 1 Corinthians 1:18 says … “For the message of the cross is foolishness [absurd and illogical] to those who are perishing and spiritually dead [because they reject it], but to us who are being saved [by God’s grace] it is [the manifestation of] the power of God.” Amplified Bible
So if you think the gospel message if foolishness and that I am a fool that is a clear indication that you are perishing and on your way to perdition (hell). I didn’t say it, God did! It is something to think about. If that is your attitude, your present thinking you are living proof that God’s Word is true and accurate. On the other hand, if you are a person who does not believe that God exists (I used to be such a person) then God says that you are a fool. Psalm 53:1 says … “The [empty-headed] fool has said in his heart, “There is no God. …”  Amplified Bible  You can argue with God but He will have the last word. When we truly understand God’s love for us and what He did for us on Calvary … dying a horrendously cruel death on a cross for us … taking our place … taking punishment we deserve so that we don’t have to … exchanging our sin for His righteousness so that we may be acceptable to God … when we truly understand all of this then I ask you … how can we possibly resist God’s great love and the salvation He alone offers?
