MATT’S SAD STORY

Many of us follow the adventures of Matt Galat. And those of us who do and are keeping up with all that is going on with him know that he just took possession of a brand new Azub tadpole trike said to be worth … are you sitting down? …US $13,000. W ell, he was on his way back from Europe to the U.S. with it when the airline lost it. Here is Matt telling the whole story about it. The bad news is the airline has no idea where it is. The good news is that I have a Friend Who knows exactly where it is at. I have asked Him to help the airline to find it and quickly get it returned to Mat plus a proper monetary compensation for all they have put him thru. I am waiting to hear of the safe return of Matt’s trike.

RIDE ALONG WITH MATT

I have written about and shared quite a bit concerning American, Matt Galat, and his around the world excursion via tadpole trike. Matt produces top quality videos which are always very interesting documenting his travels. In this video below Matt shares with us all about what he is doing and some of what has transpired thus far. I think you will enjoy it.

And here is Gary Solomon’s interview with Matt.

Yeah, Matt is quite a guy. He is a bit unusual at times as though he is not from around here. I mean just look at this picture of him he posted some time back …

Now I ask ya … does he look like anyone you know? I am glad to see he has a good sense of humor. I always appreciate that in people. His trike journey if I remember correctly started out to be a 5 year journey. In the video above he mentioned 10 years. He also said 100 countries and 95 more to go. Lets see … where has he been thus far? I may be wrong but I think he has ridden in: China, Viet Nam, Laos, Korea, Taiwan and Japan (not in that order). He has had to interrupt his journey a few times for various reasons. He is becoming better known as time goes along. He has met up with others on their bike journeys and rode with some of them. Those of us who have “rode along with him” via his videos have watched his little girl growing and have been enchanted by her along the way. Thanks Matt for including your family as you document your journey. The introduction and use of a drone has added greatly to the videos making for spectacular views and helping the viewer to take in far more than we could from ground level camera work. I don’t know if I will ever get to meet Matt and ride along with him as he gets over to my area. I would love to. We’ll see what happens when that time comes. I may not even be around by then. Or if I am I may not still be riding my trike. I am getting old. Matt is a young man yet compared to me. I am nearly twice his age and he is not catching up to me regardless of what people say. Matt, enjoy the ride while you can and do so for the rest of us as most of us will never be able to undertake such a journey. Thanks for inviting us along and making it possible to accompany you thru your excellent videos. BE SAFE, BE VIGILANT, and …                                                     KEEP ON TRIKIN’

MATT GALAT’S WORLD TOUR

As many of you know a fellow tadpole triker by the name of Matt Galat is currently on a 5 year long trike journey around the world which started in China and is to end in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

UPDATE — Due to the Deep State’s fake pandemic (which I refer to as plandemic since it was all planned) Matt’s World Tour has been interrupted and he has had to make some major changes in his plans.

Matt is a videographer and creates excellent videos of his journey and life. He posts them on various social media … Matt’s FACEBOOK  page, JaYoe FACEBOOK page, Matt’s YOUTUBE channel, Matt’s JaYoe website, and more.

HERE is a map of Matt’s planned route.

Sometime back Matt added a drone to his video taping and it has added a lot to the quality of his videos giving them an altogether new perspective. His videos were always good and interesting, but with the drone footage added in they are even better.

Most of us could never take such a journey, but thru Matt’s videos we can truly enjoy and “live” his adventurous journey vicariously.

Matt rides a yellow HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS20 recumbent tadpole trike. He started out pulling a trailer, but decided to discontinue that and just haul those things he needs on his trike.

Matt had a set back in his trike journey. He had started it as planned riding a different trike pulling a different trailer when while still in China he was hit from behind by a big truck. He received a broken shoulder (collar) bone as a result and his trailer and trike were pretty much totaled. He had to convalescent for quite some time during which time he got reoutfitted in preparation of starting his world journey all over.

Matt has also experienced some knee joint pain which threatened his journey causing him to interrupt his ride for awhile. Fortunately now that he is back underway so far his knee has held up pretty good and he has been able to continue his journey.

Matt has coined the Chinese words (phrase) “JaYoe” for his journey … as it means “to add fuel”. As time goes along more and more people are discovering Matt and his trike journey. Great interest is building and his story continues to capture the attention of local news media.

I have written articles about Matt previously:

have posted a little about Matt Galat’s trike adventures previously, but haven’t been doing much more in the way of updates, etc. on him. You can read and see videos about him on this blog. Here is a listing of my previous postings from most recent to oldest:

Epic Adventure on a Tadpole Trike

Steve Greene’s TrikeAsylum blog has been doing a good job covering all that is going on so I figure there is not much sense of my doing so also. I myself usually do all my “keeping up” thru his blog. Those who have been following Matt’s story know that he has already started out twice on his world tour via tadpole trike which will take him thru about 100 countries from China to the United States. Both times thus far he has had to interrupt his trike journey. The first attempt ended when he was hit from behind by a big truck. He received a broken collar bone out of that mishap. After surgery, recuperation and reoutfitting he started off on his second attempt, but it ended when he developed knee problems. Some more time has passed and he has been recuperating in anticipation of round three. Meanwhile another adventure he had planned during his world trike tour was to climb Mt. Everest. No, not on his trike, but on foot. He did attempt it, but that too ended prematurely as he had some problems develop and had to turn back. Never the less, my hat is off to him for even attempting it. Not many of us would be up to doing something like that. But Matt is no ordinary person as you can see by just looking at  the “selfie” he took I have shown below.

Matt is a great photographer and videographer. The picture above attests to that. 🙂 (Can you ever forgive me, Matt?) Seriously Matt creates some great videos which are always well done and interesting. You can check them out HERE.

Here is one video which pretty much covers his story up until now …

If you are interested in his attempt at climbing Mt. Everest you can watch his video HERE. And HERE is the Google Maps Street View of the route thru the small village where the climbers walk to and from the base camp of Mt. Everest.

I am sure that we all wish him well and that he will be able to continue on with his epic journey safely and successfully completing it. And may we all just …

is to restart his world tour trike journey in April 2017.

JaYoe! … JUST ADD FUEL

JaYoe! Add Fuel

Matt Galat is getting to be pretty well known as time goes along. His ambitious undertaking of riding his tadpole trike on a 5 year long journey covering more than 100 countries as he goes from China to the United States is indeed an amazing and challenging adventure. Most of us could never make such a journey, but we can take advantage of what Matt offers us thru his excellent videos and writings about his journey. His website has a new look which is phenomenal in itself. He has done a great job with it.

JaYoe!

Those who have already been following Matt on his journey probably already know of the two set backs which have occurred on his first two attempts. The first one ended when he got hit by a truck and received a broken collar bone as a result.

After healing up and totally re-outfitting with a new trike and trailer he started off again.

That attempt ended when he developed a knee problem. Since then he has been working toward getting into the physical condition he will need for his next planned adventure … climbing Mt. Everest before he continues on his trike journey.
